All our deliveries are made under the following conditions;

1. Complaints no later than 8 days after the invoice date.
2. Payment no later than 30 days after invoice date.
3. If payment is not made on time, 1% interest per month on the principal sum will become due.
4. In the event of late payment, we shall be entitled to charge 15% extrajudicial collection costs.
5. Delivery times specified by us are target dates and are not binding on us.
6. Goods delivered by us shall remain our property until paid for in full.
7. We are not liable for trading losses and/or other losses resulting from our deliveries.

At the moment you wish to become a customer, we will provide your details to Economic Data Resources B.V. (DAS Bedrijfsinformatie).
