In 2011, van Tuijl established the subsidiary Vatusticks B.V.. Vatusticks imports tonkin sticks and split bamboo. This enables Van Tuijl to market these products at a very competitive price and quality ratio.

Tonkin canes
Our range includes tonkin canes or bamboo canes from 60cm to 625cm ranging in diameters from 05/07mm to 30/35mm.
These barrel canes are for the support of avenue trees, ornamental trees, park trees, container trees, fruit trees, tub plants such as Tibouchina, Solanum, Abutilon, Lantana, Bougainvillea climbing plants such as Clematis, Hedera, Passiflora, Lonicera, Wisteria, climbing berries such as grape, raspberry, kiwi, blackberry and various plants such as Ficus, Schefflera.
Split bamboo
Besides tonkin canes, van Tuijl also has split bamboo.
Split split bamboo for supporting vegetable plants such as tomato and cucumber is available from 15cm to 90cm varying in diameters from 3.0mm to 7.0mm and in the colours natural, brown wax, green wax, dyed light green, dyed dark green, dyed brown.
This split bamboo is also extremely suitable for potted plants such as Ficus, Hydrangea, Begonia, Schefflera, Orchids such as Phalaenopsis, Cymbidium, climbers such as Clematis, Hedera and Passiflora and for Pelargonium Zonal hanging geraniums.

Clipsticks
Clipsticks from 40cm to 70cm in brown wax and dark green dyed colours.
A clipstick is a pointed split bamboo stick with 1 or 2 pre-mounted clips.
The application is for tying on Phalaenopsis orchids. The advantages are ease of use, uniformity, professional appearance and cost-savings due to faster processing.
Clipsticks is a patented product owned by Vatusticks van Tuijl.
Plant racks and bamboo racks
Plant racks, bamboo racks from 40cm to 100cm are made from 2 or 3 tonkin canes. Holes are drilled in these, and split bamboo sticks are inserted through them resulting in a rack.
These racks are available in natural, brown wax, green wax and are used to support potted plants, orchids such as Phalaenopsis and climbing plants such as clematis and hedera.
Bamboo arches
Growers can also turn to Van Tuijl for bamboo arches.
We supply bamboo arches made of round milled bamboo in heights of 15cm, 20cm, 25cm, 30cm, 40cm, 45cm, 50cm, 55cm, 60cm, 70cm.
Standard colour in wax-coated brown or dark green, with both bottom edges pointed.
Van Tuijl is exclusive patent holder of the application of Arches Cascade and umbrella shapes. The O-shaped bamboo arches have the same specifications as the cascade, only the shape is round instead of straight. The bamboo arches fan has several flat strips. This creates a rainbow effect.
Toptreeclip
Van Tuijl is also the exclusive dealer of Toptreeclip. Toptreeclips are binding tubes for the tree nursery, allowing growers to tie tree tops and oculations efficiently.
The binding tubes are available in diameters 2.5mm 3.0mm 3.5mm 4.0mm 4.5mm 5.0mm 5.5mm and 7.0mm and are available in black, green and yellow.
